Kalmar Nyckel in Drydock At Ocean Marine Yacht Center, Portsmouth, VA

The Kalmar Nyckel arrived at Ocean Marine Yacht Center for drydock  repairs and  bottom painting. Here's a number of pictures of the Kalmar Nyckel in drydock with the crew and yard crew hard at work.

Capt. Lauren takes her into the slip. We just barely fit, but on slack tide, no problem!

The Syncro-lift brings the ship out of the water. This year we weigh 309 long
 tons...Putting on a bit of weight, last year we were 306 long tons.
